Alex and Edward Van Halen.
The middle name is coincidence, or intelligent design as you might say. The last name was somewhat intentional
8- I have over 25 guitars. I love looking at them as much as I love playing them. Each is like a snowflake, unique unto itself
9- I was a New Year’s baby, but I’m from such a small town, that even being born on the 3rd, I was still the first baby of that year. Got my picture in the paper too. Probably why I got into the music business. Got a taste for the spotlight early

13- I recently lost my father. I’m 52 now. He is the first close loss I’ve experienced in my life. 14) That can be inconvenient. If you ever fuck them over, they will become vengeful.
15) Individual people can be great. "People" are fucking awful.
16) Where to?
17) Never been to NYC. Vegas used to be a fun, affordable week/weekend. I've been 4 times. Now it's expensive and in the US, so I won't be visiting any time soon. LA is pretty cool for the most part, but traffic is as bad as everyone says.
18) Same. Some of them we have in common.
19) Might as well. If you don't find them funny, you'll have fewer laughs and the same amount of farts.
But back then we were young & invincible, erroneously but who knew it back then?
Now we're old & experienced & not everything is centered around us, we are drawn outward towards what is cool & good in the world cuz somewhere along the line we had to grow up.
1) Between your left ear and my right, we're functionally deaf.
2) My left has been squealing for years but I don't notice it as much because the right ear is so bad.
3) Maybe stop with being a peeping tom?
4) Agreed. 100%
5) Same

10) I was in elementary school for Nixon. I remember him, but don't remember having any feeling one way or another about him. Reagan was the first one to piss me off. Canadian PMs for the same time period have been mostly acceptable. We dodged a bullet with Pierre Poilievre.
#s1&2 do pose a prob. I would have to always be to your left for our better ears to try their best in convo IRL. Means I get to be the one kicked to the curb. Or I drive. Unless we meet in London. Then u drive. Every scenario is in motion with dogs to walk, or drive to the places to walk.
It is possible to face each other and read lips to augment what we can't clearly hear but in restaurants it doesn't work because of Din.
Non tinnitus People don't realize how much this impacts social life. IRL. Good thing life is no longer IRL.
#3 I lost my night vision goggles in a dare
#4&5 ditto ditto
#6 Here's the crux:
I spent many an afternoon in chilly spring rains trying to bolster the roof. It was all roof.
The absence of a floor nearly made me into an entomologist.
So even tho I spent many hours in the A-Frame stick lean-to, I opted for my bed at night. I kept wondering why Eeyore's tail was tacked on -Why wasn't it surgically reattached? Didn't anyone care? (You're right I need to read the Tao of Pooh)
#7 yes
#8 it was a clean burn
#9 yes but I tolerate non artsy as long as they possess the curious gene & love animals& critical thinking skills . Sometimes you need a lawyer or two, especially now that we are in grave danger for our speech.
#10 I was always aware of politicians for some reason .
So felt disenfranchised and looked forward to voting. While Nixon did some good things like established the EPA, and make the voting age 18, he also did bring back the draft & a lot of young men at the time of the Vietnam war did not want to be a part of that. Then that stupid Watergate bungle. If Only things were that benign nowadays to dishonor potus to the point of retiring, shaking their jowls saying, "I am not a crook". The ongoing crime of our current situation is mind blowing. 🤯🤯🤯 perhaps I knew way back then that I had better pay attention...

20- it’s never too soon to joke about something
21- I hate lists about myself
1) Cool.
2) Dirty boy. No wonder you're a musician.
3) Please don't
4) Wanking?
5) Congratulations?
6) Very cool.
7) I share my initials with Andrew Peterson. You probably don't know him.
8) I know, and I like you less and less every time you send a picture of your latest purchase
9) You and me pal. Go team Capricorn.
10) Cool. I wish I had that ability with humans.
11) Mine is black because it's my favourite genre of comedy
12) I've watched them once each. Not a fan of that genre.
13)That's exactly where I'm at, my friend. I'll include Alice in that too. Read https://ayepancakes.substack.com/p/my-death-anxiety-and-other-inconveniences

14 now that's cool. You could give crow corvid tours of your city. 🐦⬛🐦⬛🐦⬛🐦⬛🐦⬛🐦⬛
15 me too, tho I'm in USA and it is getting harder to love everyone
You're still cool Mr. 🥞
I have my moments, but back then almost every moment was a moment.
Stay in the moment!
But back then we were young & invincible, erroneously but who knew it back then?
Now we're old & experienced & not everything is centered around us, we are drawn outward towards what is cool & good in the world cuz somewhere along the line we had to grow up.
Cool is baked in, Mr. 🥞!!!
Though not everybody is cool
Tinnitus left ear very LOUD
Right ear just beginning to buzz
I've witnessed things I shouldn't
Given a choice , I'd rather go hiking with dogs
If you don't love animals & nature you are not on my list
I really really liked Eeyore's stick AFrame Lean-to and tried to duplicate it in the backwoods when I was eight
I envisioned a simple life for myself
It didn't happen
I used to climb maple trees and smoke Darjeeling & Earl Grey tea rolled in math paper when I was ten
I was artsy dorky geeky & couldn't wait to register to vote when I turned 18
Nixon pissed me off
Now I kinda miss him
That's all I can say publicly
1) Between your left ear and my right, we're functionally deaf.
2) My left has been squealing for years but I don't notice it as much because the right ear is so bad.
